Through the 《Listen to the Silence》card that I have gotten on last weekend Self-Discovery class, it inspired me,
"Words stand between silence and silence; between the silence of things and the silence of our own being, between the silence of the world and the silence of Universe. When we have really met and known the world in silence, words do not separate us from the world nor from other human being, nor from Universe, nor from ourselves because we no longer trust entirely in language to contain reality."

"Listen to the Silence" allows me to be with myself harmoniously because through Silence it let me relax into myself feeling the presence Me. "Listen to the Silence" allows me connecting to my inner peace; allows me becoming much more acceptance and compassionate with myself and others.
"Listen to the Silence" allows me to contact my core of inner silence. I am feeling I am existing in presence moment through the silence. Silence is a good teacher of concsciouness and self-Awareness.

As I listening to the silence, I can hear the flow of my breathing very clearly; subtle and peace, I can feel the energy flowing into me through my crown to my throat to my heart to my root gradually feeling warmth, feeling energize, feeling at peace.
A 5 minutes of Stillness listening to the Silence make me feel like a 15 minutes long of moments, so peaceful, so joyful and abundant.
