Through Master Chai(蔡明霞老师) Body, Mind and Soul courses and our lovely Tuesday Support Group catching-up, "Awareness", "Consciousness", "Mindfulness" are the messages I continuously learn and inspired from Master Chai(蔡明霞老师) and my inner child.
We all agree it's important to live in the moment, but the problem is how? When we are not in the moment, we are not there to know that we are not there.
Through last night 5 minutes of stillness, the voice, the word, "Mindfulness" keep on vibrating and popping out. Now the question here to me is, "Can I able to be mindfulness in every of my present moment?"
Being mindfulness is a quest of whether do I love myself in every single of my momentary.
As when I become mindful, I realize that I am not my thoughts; I am not my emotions; I become an observer of my thoughts and emotions from moment to moment without judging them. Mindfulness involves being with my thoughts and emotions as they are, neither grasping at them nor pushing them away. Instead of letting my life go by without living it, I awaken to experience it.
Focusing in present moment boosts my awareness of how I interpret and react to what's happening in my mind. It increases the gap between emotional impulse and action, allowing me to recognize the spark before the flame. As I hoist myself into awareness of the present moment, anger and fear melts away.
Focusing on the present moment reboots my mind so I can respond thoughtfully rather than automatically. Instead of lashing out in anger, backing down in fear, or mindlessly indulging a passing craving, I get the opportunity to acknowledge and say to myself, "This is the emotion I'm feeling".
I now understand my emotions’ purpose is to indicate me which vibration I am holding.I have understood that living in fear, in worry, in anger is the worst thing to do as I create my reality based on my thoughts and I attract that which I give my attention to. I now want to make my decisions based on love, and to be in gratitude and joyfulness.
As my awareness grows, my intuitions guide me more and more and I learn to listen to them. I understand more and more that my emotions are the compass of my soul uses to guide me and indicate me the direction to take good direction and a good way of thinking.
The more I being mindfulness, the more i love myself.
The more I being mindfulness, the more i love myself.
